Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For digital services, your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if:

• you have expressly requested that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period has expired; and
• you have acknowledged that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
